Her approach is both comprehensive and highly tailored, integrating tax strategy, estate planning, and portfolio design to ensure each client’s financial life is fully aligned and intentionally structured. She has a particular passion for guiding families through the nuances of multigenerational wealth and for working with highly successful women who want to be engaged, informed, and in control of their financial futures.
Rebecca began her career at ING Financial Partners, where she met her now co-founder, Justin Caudle. Recognizing a shared vision for a more personal and elevated client experience, they went on to found Caudle Meares. Today, she remains deeply committed to proactive communication and building relationships that extend well beyond the numbers.
She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®), an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® (AWMA®), and a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®). Rebecca has been recognized on the Forbes Next 1,000 list, AdvisorHub’s Advisors to Watch, and Forbes Best-In-State Top Next Gen Wealth Advisors.
Education & Background
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in International Commerce from George Mason University. She has lived in France, China, and Thailand, and today resides in Northern Virginia, with her husband, Jason, and their son, Nico. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, running, and planning her next international adventure — she has visited more than 30 countries and counting.
